Senior Operations Financial Analyst

Description:

Innovative and dynamic organization looking for a Senior Operations Financial Analyst to join their team. Technology company with advancement potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize financial data and operational insight to provide guidance for future business decisions. Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends that will impact the organization.
• Responsible for key monthly financial reports including key metrics and variance analysis. Prepare additional ad hoc reporting as requested by management.
• Ensure the monthly closing process is done in a timely manner that is in accordance with GAAP. Ensure monthly billing process is done accurately and meets all organizational deadlines.
• Partner with departments across the organization to identify and implement streamlined processes.
• Supervise accounting staff. Provide guidance and support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA/MBA a plus
• 3-5 Years previous experience in a financial or operations analyst role
• SQL experience; advanced knowledge preferred
• ERP knowledge a plus
