Accounting Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounting records for assigned areas.
• Lead a team of accountants responsible for multiple accounting areas. Develop and mentor a cohesive team. Assist in coaching and training these individuals through goal management and providing meaningful feedback.
• Utilize actual financial data to provide detailed financial results to Accounting and Finance leadership.
• Identify, develop and implement improved policies and procedures to create efficient processes.
• Provide detailed accounting guidance to external and internal stakeholders to ensure accounting inquiries are completed in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 5 Years+ progressive accounting experience
